The cooperative was created to expand access to college and career options. That purpose continues through a clear early-college pathway, practical planning, and the school’s direct partnership with Angelina College.

College partnership
A countywide cooperative connected directly with Angelina College.
Texas records identify Central, Diboll, Hudson, Huntington, Lufkin, and Zavalla ISDs in the cooperative. Beginning in 2017, the school became directly partnered with Angelina College, strengthening the path toward college credit, an associate degree, and career-focused study while students complete high school.
High school diploma
The early-college model kept students connected to their high school graduation requirements.
College credit
The original plan described pathways toward an associate degree or at least 60 college credit hours.
Career preparation
The cooperative was described as CTE-focused, with career-ready plans and industry credential goals.
